  2. FINALLY! I've been searching for a very simple (read - few ingredients/not complex) chocolate cream pie made with the TJ's extra thick and creamy coconut cream. All day I've been searching! Your recipe is perfect! I'm going to double it, then pour it into a walnut-pecan-date-coconut crust (I'm gluten free due to Celiac disease). Thank you...THANK YOU!!!

    1. You're very welcome! This mousse actually gets better as it sits in the fridge. It gets thicker. It keeps for a few days. I'm a big fan of dried fruits and nuts with chocolate! The pie sounds super yummy. Thanks for popping by.

  3. i'm sure that if the flavor is chocolate then it will be a hit to the young's kids, as well, to the not so old adults.

    1. Cypher, I rarely meet a person who doesn't like chocolate, young or old. I love chocolate in all its forms!

  4. Thank you for this great recipe! Do you think I could use maple syrup instead of agave since that's what I have on hand?

    1. Oriana, you're welcome! Sorry it's taken me a while to get back to you. I'm working on a comfort food blog now too. I think maple syrup can work. It will change the flavor. Maple syrup has a much stronger taste. Let me know if you try it.
